3 Ways to Enjoy Tuna (Without Drowning It in Mayo) with Jack
Sponsored by Tuscanini
Jack likes tuna – in theory. In reality, it’s often dry, chalky, and needs way too much mayo to save it. In this episode, he talks about what makes a good tuna actually worth eating and shares a few simple ways to serve it on Chol Hamoed, whether you’re enjoying lunch at home or packing something to take along for the day.

I think there should be a separate show on Kosher.com for Tuscanini advertisements. Once again, this wasn’t teaching us how to make anything, it was just an ad. Perhaps there should also be a recipe alongside the ad next time.
There’s more to learning about food than getting a recipe. The goal of Now You Know is to teach something new, whether that’s a food technique or learning about a product you may not have tried before. Totally understand if this particular episode didn't speak to you and we hope you find something educational in another episode!
