Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2- and- 1/2-centimeter) pieces
6 ounces (170 grams) cremini mushrooms, halved
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Gefen Canola Oil, for frying
Sauce
4-6 cloves garlic, crushed or 4-6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
4 tablespoons Gefen Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Gefen Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
