1 onion, sliced into half-circles
1 tablespoon butter
1 box mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon parve chicken soup mix
1/4 cup Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc or other dry white wine
1 8-oz. (225-g.) box heavy cream 
Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
