I happen to love Pesach. Of course, not taking into account the crazy, pressured and detailed cleansing before. Family, crazy times, friends, outdoor fun, bonding and nonstop eating is my Pesach. Along with trying to entertain the kids and their friends, Pesach brings up clever ways of having your regular recipes with a new twist. We get to be creative, and eat yummy and different choices. So, with this fun recipe to include your kiddies in on the process, we take a cookie, make it from almond flour and add an ice cream center to make a delicious treat and an instant party!
