For the Cinnamon Buns
1/6 of my challah dough recipe
almond milk, for brushing
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Confectioners' Sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Glaze
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Confectioners' Sugar, plus more as needed
1 tablespoon oil
a few tablespoons boiling water
