2 tsp pumpkin spice blend, such as Pereg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 XL eggs
1/2 cup neutral-flavored oil
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup prepared Wissotzky’s Earl Grey tea
