The fruit riot in the store has syrup in it.
So i added corn syrup. It was much better.
I would also put less sour salt. It was wayyyyy to sour for me.

Esti I love you, and ur awesome recipes 💞💜…..I tried this recipe and the sour salt hurt my stomach and teeth …..I would do this with just lemon 🍋 juice and a raw sugar or honey coating to make it a little healthier 🤓….. also I got thinking if sour salt would be good for cooking like if it would be good in sesame chicken, sour cream anything that’s sweet and sour for cooking ;))

I have been making this with lime and honey and it’s excellent.

Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp honey
3 cups of fruit

1. Add lime juice and honey to a medium mixing bowl; whisk to
combine. Add fruit; toss to combine.
Strain; reserve liquid and refrigerate in an airtight container.
2. Freeze fruit for 4 hours. Return liquid to fruit; toss to combine.
Freeze leftovers in an airtight container.
