Hi I whould like to add, Istill remember 22 years ago the summer we spent in dubins bungalow colony, I was 8 years old and we walked by and they were Shechting kalfs, and we got permission from your father to follow along the whole process I still remember it vividly it was fascinating, My impression then (on what I call RABBI) franklin his pshitus and so sincere and his smile, people just doing there holy work for hashem sake, keep it going and lots of Hatzlachah
