We sat down with Chef Mike Gershkovitz, the visionary behind New York’s iconic Mike’s Bistro, and did a deep dive into kosher food myths (no, rice and mayo isn’t sushi), why “dip culture” needs to go, and how to make your next dining experience memorable. Plus: Mike’s #1 hostess tip that will completely change how you serve your guests.

Great episode!
I believe the greatest chefs are the most humble ones. What an amazing individual. I’ve been impressed with Mike since he visited kcc when I was a culinary student.
Great interview fleishigs. We want more like this.
I enjoyed this episode but was confused by the end because it felt like it was cut off. Was that a mistake or is that just how it ends?
I believe that was intentional 🙂
