Nine Days dinner does not have to mean another heavy pasta dish. But yes, it can still be pasta!
Staci Segal joins Naomi for a fresh Italian summer salad that’s colorful, flexible, and easy to turn into a complete meal. It’s a perfect example of why recipes can be treated as guidelines, with plenty of room to swap, add, and make it your own.
These longtime friends also revisit the cooking class that brought them together and share what they love most about the food, energy, and feeling of Israel.
