What type of juicer does rorie recommend?
Thank you so much for this recipe!! I served it to my family the first time this year, and my family members (who dont really fast very well) couldnt believe how well their fast was.
It works magic. cannot fast without it!
I love this drink! It takes a lot of work but it’s worth it ☺️ I need to get a juicer…
do you need to use fresh squeezed juice or can it be bottled?
Can the Himalayan salt be coarse or does it have to be fine?
Yes, it has to be fresh squeezed and it can be either fine or coarse (may be harder to drink when it’s coarse since you could get clumps of salt)
Not a question about the drink but how do you keep that bottle clean? I have one like it and can never get it really clean. (I don’t think it can go into the dishwasher; the wires don’t do well in it. Plus if any residue remains after the rinse I can never get it out!) I love that bottle but now I’m only using mine to water plants. 😥
Yes, these bottles can be very difficult to clean. You can try cleaning the bottle with this method https://www.wikihow.com/Clean-the-Inside-of-a-Bottle
How long before the fast do I drink this?
Rorie recommends drinking 2 servings the day before a fast.
You can drink one in the morning and one later in the day.
does it really need to be raw honey?
Yes, Rorie says raw honey should be used and not standard refined honey,
this drink is magic!
