Shouldn’t the glaze be a little thicker just so it holds more and has a nice thick layer? Anyways these look great can’t wait to try!!! Thanks so much!!!
Esty’s glaze is on the thinner side but if you prefer a thicker glaze just add less liquid to the mixture. Let us know how they turn out!

According to Rabbi Forst, in his book Laws of Brachos, the halacha is that you are not supposed to say shem Hashem on camera for entertainment purposes- ie- a video that isn’t about teaching people how to make a bracha (like ours, which are about how to make a recipe). Also, we usually have multiple takes at a video shoot and we obviously can’t have them repeating the bracha. The person in the video makes the bracha off camera if they are eating the food.
I’m sure everyone would assume that to be the case lol!
