AKA “The Challah Guru,” Mandy is famous for her outrageously delicious, over-the-top challos and will show us how to create two of her masterpieces. These challah recipes are fun and sophisticated at the same time, perfect for your Purim seuda!

Pulled Honey Bourbon Chicken Challah
1 and 1/2 pounds of challah dough after its first rise
1 cup Heaven & Earth Ketchup
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup Boondocks Bourbon
1 to 2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon fish-free Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
seasoned salt, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (around 1 pound)

if you make a siman example put some chicken on top of challah for evryone to see and eat it at a flishig meal its ok to put meat into challa
can the chicken challah be counted in lechem mishneh?
it is asur to make challah dairy or fleishig bec one might accidentally eat it thinking its reg challah and be over basar and chalav
