Potato latkes are loved by all, but let’s face it, they aren’t always pretty to serve.
If you have a colorful plate, now is the time to put it to good use. If you don’t, you can purchase a colorful plastic plate. Either way, you want to have a contrast.
While your latkes are frying, dip a pastry brush in some sour cream and brush across the plate in one gentle stroke, going back wherever needed. At this point add some greens (I like to use micro greens, they are pretty and also tasty). Place 3 latkes on on top of the other to form a “tower,” then add a dollop of sour cream topped with a few more greens.
