2 tablespoons red wine, such as Alfasi Cabernet Sauvignon
2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce such as Gefen
1/2 cup Heaven & Earth Ketchup
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
reserved onions from veal gravy
