What is non dairy cream cheese?

and what can I use instead of non dairy cream cheese if I can’t find

Non-dairy cream cheese is a pareve alternative to regular cream cheese. If you can’t find it, you can leave it out and use a little extra whipped topping instead. The finished cake may be slightly lighter and less creamy, but it should still work well.
