These are one of my favorite easy treats to make. I make them in batches and put them in the freezer- you never know when someone's going to pop around! During the Great Lotus Craze of 2016 everyone bought this awesome cookie butter by the case! Check out this super easy and delicious dessert that will make you fall in love with it all over again.
Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter Bars

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup neutral oil (such as vegetable oil or coconut oil)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup crunchy Lotus Biscoff Butter*
10 Lotus biscuits, crushed*
