Tiramisu is a really easy, delicious, and very impressive dessert. It's an Italian dessert that actually means "pick me up" for the coffee that's inside. It's especially great for a 2-day yontif because you can prepare all the ingredients beforehand, and then you can assemble it on yontif without having to bake it at all.
