This salad yields the perfect balance of sweet, salt, and crunch. The components are so flavorful, you could even serve it with no dressing! I did include a dressing, if only to blend the ingredients and bring the mix together.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

  2. In a wide shallow bowl or plate, place the bed of red cabbage. Arrange nuts and fruit in stripes and drizzle dressing over. Toss lightly before serving.
