Falafel Night is always my favorite night of the Nine Days, because I think it's the most well-rounded meal and a real crowd pleaser, at least for my family!

Here’s what I do:
- Toasted hot pitas: whole wheat or regular
- Israeli salad: tiny chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and small amount of tiny chopped red onion (I actually do the cucumbers in a separate bowl because some of my kids don’t like tomatoes.
- Corn salad: corn, chopped red pepper, lots of parsley and cilantro, scallions
- Sliced pickles
- Hot oven baked falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
- Techina
- Thinly sliced pickled lemon
- Sauerkraut
Customize, assemble, and enjoy!
