Last month, we promised to launch our “Best of the Bungalows” collaboration. A community project between Kosher.com and bungalow colonies across the region, highlighting the little things that make each summer truly special. From the recipes everyone keeps making on repeat, to the easy weeknight and Shabbos dishes that travel from kitchen to kitchen, and yes, the toys, gadgets, and kid favorites that define the season. We’re excited to finally say it’s officially underway.
Meet the participating bungalow colonies: Twin Bridge Estates, Pine Knoll Estates, Armon Estates, Friendship Cottages, Brigadoon Uptown, Presidential Estates, Tara Acres, Cutlers, Clearview Mt, Highland Park, Bush Gardens, Whispering Woods, and Birchwood Estates. Each one featured through the lens of what makes it uniquely feel like summer.
So grab an iced coffee, settle into your bungalow chair, and come explore the places where summers truly come alive. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing a closer look at each one.
