The recipes don’t require any measuring or special equipment, and call for about 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!
Broccoli Kugel
(This recipe does require measuring 1/2 cup of oil. You can eyeball it, too!)
Ingredients:
24 ounces Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets or other broccoli cuts
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients with “S” blade in food processor.
2. Bake in a lined 9x13-inch pan at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
