Recipe brought to you by Chanie Nayman, Kosher.com Staff
Welcome to our weekly lifestyle column, No Measuring Allowed. Every week we’ll be sharing a fun and easy Shabbat dessert that doesn’t require any measuring or special equipment and calls for less than 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!

Ingredients:
Pancake batter, prepared
Your favorite icing recipe or powdered sugar
Sprinkles, optional
Special equipment:
Donut maker
Directions:
1. Preheat donut maker as directed on the manual.
2. Fill donut pan with pancake batter. Donuts will be ready when golden and cooked through.
3. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely.
4. Once the donuts are completely cool, place them on a wire rack and then on top of a sheet pan to catch extra glaze drips. Hold each donut by the sides and dunk into the glaze (if using), letting it drip off for five seconds. Then flip over and place on the wire rack. Top with sprinkles immediately (if using). For powdered sugar variation, hold each donut by the sides and press into a bowl of powdered sugar.
