In the US, we officially changed our clocks.
This means Shabbat is coming in one hour earlier than last week! That last-minute dessert you had time for last week, now you probably won't be able to squeeze it in.
Especially as a working parent, I find these early Shabbats difficult. Last year, I decided to cook for Shabbat Thursday nights, and I've come to really enjoy it!
That's why I love the concept of a one-hour Shabbat menu. For all those that like to cook Thursday or Friday, you can still do it with these easy, yet delicious recipes.
