It’s a creative spin on the classic bonfire treat, perfect for sharing and fun for kids and adults alike. Ingredients
-1 bag Gefen Chocolate Chips
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 10 ounce bag Manischewitz mini marshmallows
-2-3 tablespoons water
Dippers:
-Graham cracker crumbs
-Strawberries
-Bananas
-Pineapple
-Kiwi
Instructions
- In a small saucepan set over a double boiler, stir together the chocolate chips and oil until fully melted and smooth. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate small saucepan (also over the double boiler), combine the marshmallows and water. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow fluff into two separate serving bowls.
- Thread the fruit onto skewers.
- Spread the graham cracker crumbs out on a plate for easy dipping.
- Place the graham cracker crumbs onto a plate (for easier dipping)
- Dip each skewer of fruit into the chocolate, then the marshmallow fluff, and finish with a dip into the graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
Flavor Variations
-Use white chocolate or dark chocolate for a twist.
-Add a splash of orange liqueur or espresso for an adult version.
