Hey everyone, it’s us again, and guess what! This week we're making something legit insane, and let us tell you a little secret: it is super easy and looks stunning and professional. What we're making is Cookies 'n Cream Brownies! It’s basically fudge brownies with a drizzle of white chocolate and crushed up sandwich cookies. It legit comes out HEAVEN! So let's get baking.

Follow these quick, easy steps and you’ll have a blast making it, and enjoy eating it even more. Enjoy!
Cookies and Cream Brownies
Brownie Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 and 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup oil
Topping Ingredients:
- 7-8 sandwich cookies
- 1 bag white chocolate chips (we used pareve)
Equipment:
- mixing bowl
- spatula
- 9x13 inch pan
- spray oil
Directions:
1. Wash your hands and clear your counters!
2. Prepare your favorite brownies or you can use our recipe. Gather your brownies ingredients and your topping ingredients.
3. Gather your equipment.
4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Mix all the brownie ingredients with a fork in one bowl. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1/2 hour. Let them cool.
6. Crush sandwich cookies.
7. Melt your white chocolate.
8. Drizzle chocolate on top of cooled brownies. Then add the crushed cookies.
9. Cut the brownies.
10. Serve and enjoy!
Note: Store baked brownies at room temperature up to four days. Freeze baked brownies up to two months; thaw at room temperature.
