Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for eight minutes until slightly underbaked.
While cookies are still warm but not too hot to handle, crumble and mush together.
Form small balls and let cool.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate on high for about one minute.
Dip each ball into the chocolate and set on a pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Add sprinkles.
Let harden. To speed it up, pop into the freezer for 15 minutes.
