Diets This is the perfect summer dessert! While it is elegant enough to serve on Shabbos, this can easily make a great BBQ dessert as well.
More Taste, Less Fuss
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
2 (15-ounce) cans pear halves in light syrup
fresh mint, for garnish
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice, and syrup from the cans of pear halves.
Using an immersion blender, blend the strawberries until smooth.
Add the pear halves into the strawberry mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add to dessert glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
