4 potatoes
2 cups boiled water
salt to taste
Boil water in a kettle or pot.
Peel the potatoes and slice into sticks. Once sliced rinse them very well under cold water.
Pour boiling water over potatoes and let sit for 5 minutes.
Rinse them off and pat dry very well!
Spray some Pam on the air fryer rack and set the fries down individually. Spray on top again and sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking.
Cook on 375 for 20 minutes or until crispy.
