Air Fryer Cumin Carrot Fries

Ingredients

Air Fryer Cumin Carrot Fries

  • 300 grams/10 and 1/2 ounces carrots or Beleaves Carrot Sticks

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour/cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Preheat the air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Peel the carrots and cut into thin fries, roughly 10 x 1 centimeter x 5 millimeter/4 x 1/2 x 1/4 inches. Toss the carrots in a bowl with all the other ingredients.

3.

Add the carrots to the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for nine minutes, shaking the drawer of the air-fryer a couple of times during cooking. Serve with garlic mayo on the side.

Is there any way to do this/ get a similar result in the oven?

Hi Elky,
Yes, there is! I’d suggest using this recipe for the flavoring and following this one for baking the fries in the oven.
