6 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon Pereg Za’atar
1 tablespoon avocado oil or Gefen Canola Oil
2 tablespoons tahini paste, such as Mighty Sesame Tahini
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons water (or more)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by lining it with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place the carrots on the baking sheet. Drizzle on the oil and Sprinkle on the za’atar. Using hands or a spoon, mix it so everything is coated evenly. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix together the tahini, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth. Add more water if needed to thin it to desired consistency.
Serve the carrots with the techina dip.
