This sauce is very different from a classic barbecue sauce because over in Alabama they use mayonnaise as the base of their famous barbecue sauces. This is not only good as a marinade; it’s amazing to dip fries into as well.
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon fish-free Worcestershire sauce, such as Tonnelli
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
In a medium-sized container, place all the ingredients. Cover and shake well. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
