Submitted by SHOSHANA5311992 My go-to dinner that everyone loves.
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 and a half frozen garlic cubes
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
one pound chicken cutlets
flour to coat the chicken
1 onion, chopped
vegetables of your choice, chopped: I like zucchini, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms
Cut the chicken in bite-size pieces and coat in flour. Lay in 9×13 pan.
Cover with vegetables and onion and pour the sauce over it.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
