3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen mango/strawberries
1/2 cup frozen banana (optional)
dairy free or regular milk
ice (1/2 to 3/4 cups total)
water
Put 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup of frozen mango/strawberries, 1/2 cup of frozen bananas (optional), milk, ice, and water, enough to cover blueberries in blender.
Blend until fully incorporated, or until ice is crushed.
