Prepare Almond Clusters
Place all ingredients together in a double boiler and melt over low ﬂame, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Allow to cool.
Preferably make a Ha’etz and a Shehakol on something else before eating clusters. If not, make a Shehakol on the chocolate, with the intention not to include the nuts, and a separate Ha’etz on the nuts.
