Almond-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

Almond-Crusted Tilapia

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • oil, for spraying

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Wash fillets, pat dry, and place on baking sheet.

3.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread over tilapia. Pour almonds over fish and spray with oil.

4.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
