Apple Ceviche

This fresh fruit salad is tangy, sweet, salty, and refreshing.

Directions

1.

Chop the apple, mango, red onion, plantain, parsley, and cilantro.

2.

Add the lemon and orange juices. Drizzle olive oil and add salt to taste.

3.

Enjoy apple ceviche right away. (Do not leave in the fridge overnight or for more than five hours).
