Diets Tova’s back in the kitchen with just a bowl, a whisk, and her “I got this” energy. These easy muffins bring the fall vibes, are fun, a little messy, and yes… bloopers are included. These muffins can be easily made either dairy or parve.

1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk or non-dairy milk, such as Gefen Oat Milk
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 apple, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Glicks Flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or non-dairy butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth. Stir in the apples. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 the way with batter.
Prepare the crumb topping. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, using a fork or your fingers to make crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
