1. Put margarine, sugar, eggs and flour into mixer and blend thoroughly.
2. Slice apples thinly.
3. Mix apples in a large bowl with fork, until they are slightly crushed. Add batter to apples and combine.
4. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch or two nine-inch round pans. Coat with corn flakes.
5. Combine cinnamon-sugar mixture and sprinkle over corn flakes.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
