1 and 1/4 pounds potatoes
3/4 pound apples
2 medium onions
3 eggs
1 tablespoon potato starch
3/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 teaspoon dried rosemary
oil, for frying
Grate potatoes, apples and onions.
Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Mix together with remaining ingredients.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Make approximately handful-sized latkes and fry for two to three minutes per side.
Sprinkle with a bit more salt after removing from oil.
