Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a nine- x 13-inch baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper.
2. Place salmon slices on the parchment.
3. Whisk jam, cilantro, lemon juice and zest, oil, and salt in a small bowl.
4. Brush mixture over salmon. Finish off with sprinkling pistachios on each piece and spray with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 14 minutes, then broil for an extra minute and a half.
