Ingredients

Arabian Side of Salmon

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1/2 fresh lemon

Directions

Prepare the Arabian Side of Salmon

1.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet.

3.

Meanwhile, chop the garlic, jalapeƱos, and tomatoes into small chunks and place them in a food processor.

4.

Add black pepper, cumin, salt, and oil.

5.

Pulse slowly until it reaches a chunky consistency (do not blend it completely).

6.

Pour the mixture over the salmon, ensuring the entire surface is covered.

7.

Bake for 45 minutes.

8.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon while it is hot.
