Diets Not just another salmon recipe, this is THE salmon recipe. I bet it’s going to be on rotation in your home.
6–8 slices salmon fillets
1/4 cup Gefen Sesame Seeds
juice of 1 lemon (or about 3 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Add salmon and place in fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper. Place salmon on baking sheet. Spoon excess marinade over fish. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each slice.
Place in oven on a low broil for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
