These oven roasted green beans are so addictive and a real crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 lb trimmed green beans

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Directions

Make the Green Beans

1.

Place the green beans on a parchment lined baking tray.

2.

In a bowl, whisk together sesame seed oil, oil, sugar and soy sauce.

3.

Pour the mixture over the green beans and add the sesame seeds. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for about 30 minutes or until green beans are evenly roasted.

4.

Garnish with extra sesame seeds before serving. Serve warm.

I like this recipe – have in mind it tastes better reheated.
