3 to 4 tilapia fillets (1 and 1/2 pounds)
pinch of Pereg Black Pepper
2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1/3 cup fresh ginger, cut into very thin strips
3 bunches of scallions, cleaned and cut into 2-inch-long pieces
1/3 cup light soy sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place tilapia in a roasting pan. Sprinkle black pepper on the tilapia and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, covered.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan and add ginger. Stir until golden brown. Add scallions, stir one minute and add soy sauce.
Arrange the tilapia on a plate and pour sauce directly on top. Serve immediately.

can I just use a few frozen ginger cubes and regular fried onion thanks
You can definitely use the frozen ginger cubes. Iād recommend using scallions instead of regular onion, but feel free to try it!
