Ingredients

Attractive Beet and Greens Salad

  • spinach leaves

  • spiralized beets

  • 1 box portobello mushrooms, sliced

  • oil and spices for roasting

  • honey glazed pecans

  • any mayo dressing of choice

Directions

Prepare the Attractive Beet and Greens Salad

1.

Spread mushrooms on cooking sheet. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Roast on 375 until dry. Let cool.

3.

Assemble spinach, mushrooms, beets, and pecans.

4.

Drizzle dressing.
