This is my go-to for a grounded, cozy boost that keeps me focused without the jitters of a second cup of coffee. Between the anti-inflammatory cinnamon and the detoxing power of matcha, it’s a healthy way to recharge and feel warm from the inside out.

Directions

  1. In a small pot, dissolve the matcha powder in hot water.

  2. Add the apple cider and bring to a boil.

  3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon.

  4. Pour into desired glass. Drop in the sliced fruits and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Add cinnamon sticks for garnish.

  5. Enjoy it hot or at room temperature.
