Place fish in 3 large roasters.
Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over fish. Marinate fish for 48 hours.
Bake, uncovered , at 450°F, until liquid begins to boil.
Cover pans with foil, and bake an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
May be served hot, cold or room temperature.
If you like your salmon moist, remove from oven after 20 minutes.
