96 fillets salmon
6 cups vinegar
6 cups oil
6 cups lemon juice
8 cups sugar
2 cups Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gefen Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons whole cloves
2 tablespoons parsley flakes (optional)
Place fish in 3 large roasters.
Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over fish. Marinate fish for 48 hours.
Bake, uncovered , at 450°F, until liquid begins to boil.
Cover pans with foil, and bake an additional 45 minutes (only 20 if you like your salmon moist).
May be served hot, cold or room temperature.

Can you post this recipe with regular, family size measurements?
This is one of our “big batch” recipes, if you were hosting a simcha. If you want to try and divide it up into smaller I would pick how many people you want to serve and see if you could divide it.
WHOW! This is not a recipe that the average person could use!! 96 fish filets?? 60 servings?
