This easy salmon is marinated in vinegar, lemon, sugar, garlic, and mayo for 48 hours before baking. This dish is an easy advance-prep starter course for Shabbat! 8 slices salmon
1/2 cup vinegar (use gluten-free if needed)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
3/4 cup sugar
2–3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon salt
dried parsley flakes (optional)
8–10 cloves
Place fish into a glass dish or container.
Combine ingredients for marinade, pour over fish.
Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.
Pour off half of marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
